Conference “Perspectives and achievements within European Integration of Moldova”

From 1 to 2 of Octo­ber 2021, with­in the frame­work of the project Nr. 610667-PPE‑1–2019-1-MDEPPJMO-PROIECT: Fos­ter­ing Euro­pean Inte­gra­tion of the Repub­lic of Moldo­va with the spe­cif­ic accent on the agri­cul­ture sec­tor, State Agrar­i­an Uni­ver­si­ty of Moldo­va held sem­i­nars on the top­ic: ”Per­spec­tives and achieve­ments with­in Euro­pean Inte­gra­tion of Moldova”.

Speak­ers of the sem­i­nars were E. Sim­ci­uc, L. Babamyan, L. Torchyan, V. Priț­can, A. Smirno­va, A. Litvin, R. Crudu, E. Scrip­nic, L. Pădureac and N. Zamfir.

The sem­i­nar was orga­nized to increase the dis­sem­i­na­tion of infor­ma­tion about the prospects and achieve­ments in Europe.
Inte­gra­tion of Moldo­va at the region­al and local lev­els, in par­tic­u­lar with­in the frame­work of the Euro­pean Neighborhood
Pol­i­tics, East­ern Part­ner­ship and the EU-MD Asso­ci­a­tion Agreement.Objectives:
1) To pro­mote aca­d­e­m­ic world, youths, researchers, young pro­fes­sion­als, civ­il soci­ety, farm­ers, small and medi­um com­pa­nies involve­ment in a pub­lic pol­i­cy dia­logue regard­ing Euro­pean Inte­gra­tion of Moldo­va and oth­er coun­tries cov­ered by East­ern­part­ner­ship Policy;
2) To improve the involve­ment, raise aware­ness and inform the wider pub­lic on the progress achieved towards polit­i­cal and eco­nom­ic asso­ci­a­tion of Moldo­va with the EU;
3) To inform and raise aware­ness of rep­re­sen­ta­tives of the youth non-gov­ern­men­tal orga­ni­za­tions on region­al and local lev­els on the impor­tance of the Euro­pean Neigh­bour­hood Pol­i­cy for the devel­op­ment of the coun­try and to pro­mote their engage­ment in the pol­i­cy dia­logue in their local communities;
4) To fos­ter and strength­en under­stand­ing and aware­ness of uni­ver­si­ty stu­dents from rur­al areas on EU-Moldo­va Asso­ci­a­tion Agree­ment, with empha­sis on ENP and EaP.
