From 1 to 2 of October 2021, within the framework of the project Nr. 610667-PPE‑1–2019-1-MDEPPJMO-PROIECT: Fostering European Integration of the Republic of Moldova with the specific accent on the agriculture sector, State Agrarian University of Moldova held seminars on the topic: ”Perspectives and achievements within European Integration of Moldova”.
Speakers of the seminars were E. Simciuc, L. Babamyan, L. Torchyan, V. Prițcan, A. Smirnova, A. Litvin, R. Crudu, E. Scripnic, L. Pădureac and N. Zamfir.
The seminar was organized to increase the dissemination of information about the prospects and achievements in Europe.
Integration of Moldova at the regional and local levels, in particular within the framework of the European Neighborhood
Politics, Eastern Partnership and the EU-MD Association Agreement.Objectives:
1) To promote academic world, youths, researchers, young professionals, civil society, farmers, small and medium companies involvement in a public policy dialogue regarding European Integration of Moldova and other countries covered by Easternpartnership Policy;
2) To improve the involvement, raise awareness and inform the wider public on the progress achieved towards political and economic association of Moldova with the EU;
3) To inform and raise awareness of representatives of the youth non-governmental organizations on regional and local levels on the importance of the European Neighbourhood Policy for the development of the country and to promote their engagement in the policy dialogue in their local communities;
4) To foster and strengthen understanding and awareness of university students from rural areas on EU-Moldova Association Agreement, with emphasis on ENP and EaP.
The project is funded by the European Commission – Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture — within the Erasmus+ programme.
