General Session: will focus on the discussions regarding the EU-Moldova Association Agreement as the opportunity provided by  European Neighborhood Policy and, especially, by Eastern Partnership at the multilateral level. In comparison with the  European Neighborhood Policy, the Eastern Partnership provided new innovative elements, because it intensified the integration process of Moldova in the European Union economy. This integration was initiated by the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement from 1994 and concretized by the  European Neighborhood Policy. As the  European Neighborhood Policy, Eastern Partnership relies, in large part, on the resumption of the “acquis communautaire” which is a precondition for the conclusion of the association agreement with the central element such as Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area.

Session 5: will provide the participants with the analysis of the institutional mechanisms for the implementation in practice of the EU-Moldova Association Agreement provisions.

Closing Session: Proposals and Recommendations. The participants will elaborate Proposals and recommendations to national legislators and decision-makers, governmental bodies and agencies in Moldova and to all relevant EU institutions and bodies for improving current legal and political situations by formulating some innovative approaches in the frame of international process .
